2. Description of Service

TradeMetricX provides a trading journal and analytics platform that allows users to track, analyze, and improve their trading performance. The service includes trade tracking, analytics, P&L calendar, journal entries, and other features as described on our website.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Free Trial

TradeMetricX offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have access to all Pro features. After the trial ends, your account will revert to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No credit card is required for the trial.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or years of service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TradeMetricX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Trading involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. We are not responsible for your trading decisions or outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeMetricX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
